Michel van der Kroft considers his Portugese wife to be his biggest inspiration. Over the years spent together, as the executive chef of Nonnetje restaurant, Michel became the “Ambassador of Portugal” and Portugese cuisine in the Netherlands.

On the last one of the meeting of the stars weekends Michel van der Kroft, 2 Michelin starred Dutch chef will be our guest.

The “Love from Portugal” menu:

• Oyster, fennel, raspberry
• Octopus, tomato, Chorizo
• Monkfish Caldeirada
• Mangalica dim sum, spicy carrot sauce
• “Queijo da Serra” ravioli, sage butter
• Aged beef sirloin “Mirandesa” way
• Torta de Laranja, olive oil custard, basil 

The price of the “Love from Portugal” menu:

• 7 course tasting menu
  44 900 HUF /person
• with non-alcoholic pairing
  58 900 HUF /person
• with wine pairing
  69 900 HUF /person

Prices are per person and include VAT. We charge a 13% service fee for the total amount of the invoice.
