The 8 course dinner starts at 18.00 or 20.00.
The previously sous chefs of Essência return for a special dinner, and will for one night to collaborate with our current sous chef.
What they all have in common is that they wrote the Essência story together, and now they are all leading the kitchens of outstanding restaurants.
It’s a joyfull night of cooking with fantastic flavours, a touch of playfullness and lots of fun.

Pumpkin, pumpkin seed oil, yoghurt /Bence Molnár/
Pão de Ló, Azeitão cheese, pear /Miguel Diniz/
The dinner price:
8 course tasting Menu : 78 900 HUF / person
with non-alcoholic pairing : 98 900 HUF / person
with wine pairing : 115 900 HUF / person
The price is per person and is inclusive of VAT. A total of 15% service charge will be added to your bill.
