The time he spent at these restaurants have formed Luca Armellino to the Chef who he is today. Seasonality, respect of nature, zero waste, these are the basis of Luca’s work. The executive chef of Kosmo – Taste the mountain in Italy is now coming to Budapest to create an unforgettable culinary experience along with Tiago Sabarigo.

Mussels, smoked seaweed butter
Trout, jerusalem artichoke, nettle
Duck breast, beetroot, blackberry

7 course Tasting Menu 38.900 huf / person

with non-alcoholic pairing 48.900 huf / person

with wine pairing 58.900 huf / person

 

Prices are per person and include VAT. We charge a 13% service fee for the total amount of the invoice.
