Our second guest is the Portuguese-born João Rodrigues, a Michelin-starred chef, who has also been the winner of Chef of the Year several times.

Joao wanted to be a marine biologist, he has always felt very close to nature, which is well reflected in his current non-profit project, Projecto Matéria as well. The program, which has won many awards already and is also supported by UNESCO, promotes national producers with good agricultural practices and animal production in respect for nature and the environment, as fundamental elements of Portuguese culture.

Menu: 37,800 HUF / person

Menu with non-alcoholic beverage pairing: 47,800 HUF / person

Menu with wine pairing: 54,000 HUF / person

 

Prices are per person and include VAT. We charge a 13% service fee for the total amount of the invoice.
